How is The District Burlington enabling growing company needs? With ready-to-lease Pop Up Workspace

Often it’s difficult for a burgeoning company to find great office space somewhere that is affordable, convenient and dynamic, and enables both the short-term flexibility and long-term stability a growing company needs.  Recognizing this void in the commercial real estate marketplace, The District Burlington developed a new concept we call Pop Up office space which is pretty unique in the tech hot bed of central Rt. 128.

What is Pop Up office space?  To accommodate growing companies and entrepreneurs, we’ve reconfigured and furnished multiple 3,000 square feet suites as a ready to use work space for immediate occupancy.  Our Pop Up office spaces are designed for flexibility with centralized open work space areas, a few perimeter office/meeting rooms, and a kitchen area that flows into the work space.  No standard gray cubicles here.  Modern furniture, a collaborative environment and colorful walls inspire the next big idea.  Tenants can creatively customize their furnishings and layout to fit their evolving business needs.  Additionally, 9 of our buildings are WiredScore certified to assure tenants have reliable connectivity and high-speed Internet access.

Recently, Signavio, the leading platform for business process management and business decision management in the cloud, and Edgewise Networks, a cyber security startup, leased the first two Pop Up spaces at The District Burlington and we are currently marketing the next group of spaces.

The District Burlington’s campus amenities are unmatched by aging office parks and rented co-working spaces.  A newly renovated fitness center, plus Life Cycle Wellness offers daily classes in our onsite top-of-the-line cycling studio and the newly-opened OmmmSpace for yoga & meditation, are all great places to reinvigorate and recharge.  Over 2,000 seats in 6 restaurants, including Tavern on the Square and Island Creek Oyster Bar, offer lots of lunchtime and after work nourishment and a vibrant social scene, and new pocket parks and a green roof deck with fire pit at Building 700 offer lots of outdoor chill spaces.  Check out the premier workplace of the future for yourself at and follow us @thedistict_b to see how life beyond 9 to 5 thrives at The District!
